The people of this World

The people of this world don't care about anyone but themselves.
We pretend to act as if we care as if we would do anything to help.
But, the truth is we wouldn't
I dream of all the people dying, fighting in wars, battling sickness or old age.
I would think that if I could that I would replace them.. but I knew that I would never give up my life.
No matter how horrible it was. I would want to live it.
Every other person would do the same as I did.
When I meet anyone who would do different.
I will tell the world. I would love them forever.
One day, I made a promise to myself that I would do something to change the world.
My own mother used to tell me that I would change the world.
That I could be the first woman president.
I always said no. I was afraid. Afraid that I would be ridiculed by people laughed at.
I said.. let another woman do it. If we are so great.. then why do we have to wait for me.
Wait for me to grow up?
I would ask my mother if I could run for office as a young person.
With fresh new ideas .. I could change the world.
She said.. Honey, you can do whatever you want
I will always support if I think it is right.
But just because you want something doesn't mean the law will allow it.
That made me want to be a lawyer and I started to plan out my life.
Run for office at age 18.
Become a teacher at age 27.
It was ridiculous now that I think about it.
I sometimes thought it was cool to be mean to people.
But, it isn't
so, tonight, I pledge to myself and the rest of the world that I will try never to be mean again
That will never hold, but it is the thought that counts right?
I am sorry to anyone that anyone has been mean to. Except all those mean people out there.
They don't get any apologies.
They don't deserve it.

My Beginning

Hello, I am a young child.
I have made many mistakes in my life.
And I have found out many things from people that I look up to.
I would like to better the people of this world.
I would like to tell my story.
My story will not be the same as my real life.
But it will show the true sense of all people and what they care about.
This is my beginning.
Hopefully, not my end.
